Universities and health officials around the world are working vigorously to ensure students can safely return to campus. Schools need to know who may have been in contact with a person that has tested positive for COVID-19, as well as where on campus that person has been. Having this information will allow schools to make quicker and more efficient decisions regarding campus safety and student quarantine. Along with manual tracing efforts, a significant part of these decisions can be aided with pre-existing data from multiple campus platforms.
Attendees joined Splunk and NuHarbor on September 22nd for a webinar on how to use data to aid decisions on managing infectious contact on campus from viruses such as COVID-19. During this webinar participants heard Richard Seidner, Higher Education Development Director, as well as a special University guest discuss:
- Interaction analytics
- Student success
- Workplace insights
- Campus safety utilizing efficient data
