Modern citizens expect their government to operate efficiently, with increased transparency using emerging technologies that deliver better service. However, federal agencies are facing universal challenges that inhibit this, for example: poorly integrated or siloed data, complex or outdated infrastructures and processes, inability to balance technology innovation with culture alignment and cross-agency collaboration. To comply with instructions of the Federal Data Strategy, agencies need an intelligent data management strategy.
