The Intelligence Community (IC) is moving from a single-cloud community to a multi-cloud community with the introduction of the Commercial Cloud Enterprise (C2E) contract. Successful multi-cloud adoption requires thoughtful, purposeful action. The availability of multiple platforms and providers simultaneously presents the IC with a plethora of services and offerings. The implication: the IC should become a more discerning consumer of said cloud capabilities.
