Atlassian conducted its first incident management benchmark report in 2020, at the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic. As a result of stay at home orders and health concerns, the world changed quickly and so did consumer habits. With many people spending more time at home than ever before, industries like streaming, food and grocery delivery, and at-home fitness solutions experienced massive growth.
